At Yoshi Crest Homestay, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. As accommodation reservations made through our website are offered on a pay-at-property basis, guests may cancel their reservation free of charge at any time before arrival.
We kindly request guests to inform us as early as possible if they are unable to travel so that the room may be made available to other guests.

To assist us in locating the reservation, guests should provide their name, booking dates, and any reservation details available.
No Cancellation Fees
As no advance payment is collected for accommodation reservations made through our website, no cancellation charges apply.
No-Shows & Reservation Misuse
A no-show occurs when a guest fails to arrive for a confirmed reservation without informing the property beforehand.
While we understand that genuine emergencies may occur, repeated no-shows, false reservations, misuse of the booking system, or fraudulent booking activity may result in future reservations being restricted, declined, or permanently blocked at our discretion.
Property-Initiated Cancellations
In rare circumstances, Yoshi Crest Homestay may be required to cancel or modify a reservation due to maintenance requirements, operational limitations, safety concerns, natural events, government restrictions, utility interruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Guests will be informed as early as reasonably possible should such a situation arise.
Technical Errors & Duplicate Reservations
Although uncommon, technical issues, website synchronization delays, internet interruptions, or system errors may occasionally result in multiple reservations being accepted for the same room and date.
In such situations, priority shall be given to the reservation successfully completed first. Where reasonably possible, affected guests may be offered assistance in locating suitable alternative accommodation nearby.
Reservation Modifications
Requests to modify reservation dates, guest counts, or room preferences are subject to availability and may be arranged by contacting us directly.
Acceptance
By making a reservation through the Yoshi Crest Homestay website, guests acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
