As reservations made through our website are offered on a pay-at-property basis, guests may cancel their booking without cancellation charges unless otherwise stated. Cancelling a Reservation Reservations may be cancelled through the website (where available), by WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly. To assist with processing, guests should provide their name, reservation dates, and booking details. Guest Responsibility We kindly request guests to notify us as early as possible if they are unable to travel. Timely cancellations help us make accommodation available to other travellers. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information during the reservation process. No-Shows & Booking Misuse Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice may be considered a no-show. Repeated no-shows, false reservations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the booking system may result in future reservations being declined, restricted, or permanently suspended. Property-Initiated Cancellations In rare circumstances, Yoshi Crest Homestay may need to cancel or modify a reservation due to maintenance requirements, safety concerns, technical issues, natural events, operational limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Guests will be informed as early as reasonably possible should such a situation arise. Technical Errors While uncommon, technical or synchronization issues may occasionally result in multiple reservations for the same room and date. In such cases, priority will be given to the reservation completed first. Where possible, we may assist affected guests in finding suitable alternative accommodation nearby. Reservation Changes Requests to modify reservation dates, guest details, or room preferences are subject to availability and may be arranged by contacting us directly. Acceptance By making a reservation through the Yoshi Crest Homestay website, guests acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
