​Reservation Process

Reservations are considered confirmed only after confirmation has been provided by Yoshi Crest Homestay through the booking system or a direct communication channel. Reservations made for accommodations are subject to confirmation and availability.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided is accurate and complete.

 

Accommodation Payments

Accommodation reservations made through our website operate on a pay-at-property basis.

No online payment is required to reserve accommodation unless otherwise communicated by the property.

Accommodation charges must be paid in cash at the property during check-in or check-out.

The final accommodation charges will be communicated or displayed during the reservation process and may vary depending on the room, number of guests, length of stay, or other applicable charges

Occupancy & Additional Guests

Each room is designed for a standard occupancy limit.

The total number of guests staying at the property must be accurately declared during the reservation process.

Additional guests may be permitted only with prior approval from the property and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests are requested to contact us before arrival if they wish to accommodate additional occupants.

Guest Identification

All adult guests may be required to present a valid government-issued identification document during check-in, in accordance with applicable laws and property requirements.

Acceptable identification may include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or other valid government-issued identification documents, as applicable.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Check-Out: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Wine Purchases

Wines may be purchased at the property subject to availability.

Customers wishing to order wines remotely may contact us directly through the communication channels provided on our website or social platforms.

Payment instructions will be shared directly by our team before order processing and shipment.

Remote wine orders and delivery are currently limited to locations within Karnataka and remain subject to applicable laws, service availability, and delivery feasibility.

Nursery Purchases

Plants and flowers from the Yoshi Crest nursery are available for purchase exclusively to guests staying at Yoshi Crest Homestay during their visit. Nursery purchases are available only at the property and are not available as general delivery, shipping, or parcel orders. Guests who choose to purchase plants or flowers during their stay may, where required, arrange for them to be couriered during or after their stay, subject to availability and applicable delivery arrangements.

Reservation Rights

Yoshi Crest Homestay reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel reservations where inaccurate information, fraudulent activity, misuse of the booking system, or violations of property policies are identified.​​​
