PAYMENT, SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Versatile Aventure reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. PAYMENT POLICY

At Versatile Aventure, we offer secure and flexible payment options to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI: PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay

  • Wallets: Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, PhonePe Wallet

  • Net Banking: Supported major Indian banks

  • Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select serviceable pin codes (additional COD charges may apply)

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials on our servers.

2. ORDER CONFIRMATION & ACCEPTANCE

fter payment, each order goes through a quick verification process to ensure smooth fulfillment. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email and dispatch updates.

   1 Payment Receipt Confirmation (Order Received)
   2 Final Order Confirmation (After verification)

Final order confirmation is subject to:

  • Serviceability verification

  • Inventory availability

  • Operational feasibility

  • Successful payment authorization

In rare cases where an order cannot be processed (including non-serviceable locations or operational constraints), customers will be informed and a full refund will be initiated within 1–2 business days.

Versatile Aventure reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion under such circumstances but all the due refunds will be returned duly.

 

3. DELIVERY COVERAGE

Within Karnataka

Fast and priority delivery across most serviceable locations.

PAN India

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India, subject to courier partner availability.

Delivery feasibility depends on third-party logistics networks. In rare cases where delivery is not possible, customers will be notified before dispatch.

 

4. DELIVERY PARTNERS

We ship through trusted third-party courier partners, including:

  • The Professional Couriers

  • Delhivery

  • DTDC

  • Other reputed logistics providers based on serviceability

 

5. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Ready-made products: 2–6 working days

  • Customized products: 3–7 working days

  • Bulk/corporate orders: Shared individually

Order Origin: Puttur, Karnataka
Working Days: Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays)

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or external factors beyond our control.

 

6. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing may take longer during high-volume periods such as sales, festivals, or product launches.

We prioritize accuracy and quality over speed.

 

7. PACKAGING

We aim to deliver products safely while aligning with eco-conscious practices.

Orders are packed using:

  • Butter paper wrapping

  • Brand inserts and order documentation

  • Kraft paper packaging

  • Protective courier packaging (may include plastic courier bags for transit safety)

 

8. DELIVERY DELAYS & EXCEPTIONS

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Transport disruptions

  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations

  • Force majeure events

We will provide updates wherever reasonably possible.

 

9. MISSED DELIVERIES & RE-SHIPPING

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If the shipment is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping may be arranged.

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout.

 

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship only within India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
