RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Versatile Aventure reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 14 days from delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags must be intact and not removed or torn

  • Original packaging must be returned in proper condition

  • A valid Order ID must be provided

  • Product must pass quality inspection

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

2. AI-GENERATED DESIGNS

Minor differences in colors or print details due to AI-generated designs or production processes are not eligible for return or refund. Returns are accepted only for defects, wrong size, or incorrect product delivery.

3. DAMAGE / DEFECT / WRONG PRODUCT (OUR RESPONSIBILITY)

If you receive:

  • Incorrect product

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Printing/customization error caused by us

  • Transit damage (with proof)

You must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images

  • Provide an unboxing video recorded before opening the package, if the packaging is torn or opened in transit (for transit damage claims)

After verification:

  • We will bear return shipping costs

  • Replacement or full refund will be offered

  • Refund will be processed within 2–3 working days after approval

If inspection finds no defect or misuse, the product may be returned to the customer.

4. SIZE ISSUES & SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY (CUSTOMER REQUEST)

To ensure transparency, shipping responsibility for size-related cases is defined as follows:

If We Made a Mistake (Our Responsibility)

If you ordered size M and we delivered S (or any incorrect size):

  • We will bear the return shipping cost.

  • We will dispatch the correct size at no additional charge.

  • If replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be processed.

If Correct Size Was Delivered (Customer Preference Issue)

If you ordered size M, and size M was correctly delivered, but you require a different size:

  • The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • We will cover the forward shipping cost for the exchanged size.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Refunds are not applicable in such cases.

5. COLOUR CHANGE

If you wish to exchange for a different colour:

  • Request must be raised within 14 days

  • Customer bears return shipping and forward shipping cost

  • Replacement is subject to availability

No direct refund will be provided in such cases.

6. PRINTED / READY-MADE PRODUCTS

  • Printed or ready-made products can be returned or exchanged only if:

    • There is a manufacturing defect, wrong print, or damage during delivery.

  • Change of mind, size preference, or colour preference is handled according to the standard Size Exchange or Colour Change policies.

  • Versatile Aventure will bear return shipping costs only in case of defects or wrong prints.

  • All returned items must be inspected and approved before a replacement or refund is processed.

 

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Bulk / corporate orders

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged products

  • Free promotional items

8. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

Versatile Aventure bears return shipping only when:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Printing error caused by us

Customer bears return shipping when:

  • Size issue

  • Change of mind

  • Colour/product exchange

9. QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL

All returns undergo inspection.

If:

  • Tags are removed

  • Packaging is damaged

  • Signs of wear are found

Return may be rejected and shipped back at customer’s cost.

10. REFUND METHOD

Refunds (if applicable) are processed:

  • Within 2–3 working days from the approval

  • To original payment method only

COD refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

11. RETURN SHIPPING ADDRESS

All returns and exchanges must be sent only after receiving instructions from our team. The full return address will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email once your return/exchange request is approved.

Important Notes:

  • Do not send any returns before approval; unapproved returns may be refused.

  • Always include your Order ID and contact details inside the package.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid loss or delays.

  • For defective or incorrect items (our responsibility), we may arrange pickup in select cases.

  • For damaged or defective products, please take clear photos or a short video before sending the item back. This helps us process replacements or refunds faster.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION​

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
